We have known Mike for almost 10 years. What started as a business relationship has turned into a cherished friendship.

We met Mike first on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta when we came with all of our kids and spent a week as his guests at the hotel. We loved every minute of it.  We got engaged there, spent our honeymoon there, 3 id it’s kids have spent their honeymoon’s there, and we’ve also brought friends many times.

We loved Puerto Vallarta so much we bought a condo there. To say it needed some modernization is an understatement. Mike stepped in to manage the renovations and is the property manager for our property.

Mike does what he says and is a source of knowledge and advice.  We trust him implicitly to always do what’s best for his clients and will become a true friend.

You will not regret working with Mike. He will give you the facts and guide you as you make those important decisions.

A huge thank you to Mike for his exceptional guidance throughout our condo buying journey! He seamlessly coordinated with the seller, bank, and us, ensuring a smooth process. Plus, his expertise in getting our condo Airbnb ready has been invaluable. Mike’s professionalism and knowledge made everything effortless.

Highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Puerto Vallarta!
